How can I help prevent young childern to get injury while playing sports

Based on the information I research and read I learned that young childern are more likely to break a bone then any other age group. So I decide to teach young childern how to be safe while playing sports. I taught kindergatern in December about how to safe while playing sports beside on the teaching plan I create. I asked the young childern what was their favorite sport and who was their favorite athlete. I told them what kinds of food they need to have in their diet and what to drink to get the calcuim need for young childern.
